英语语境:

Construction of a harmonious society is a systematic project and the undertaking of ethics is to build up the public morality. Since the main manifestation of Chinese public morality today is citizen's morals, the building- up of citizen's morals is supposed to be strengthened. Different with the traditional private morals, citizen's morals can awaken the sense of common interests among social members, cultivate common understanding and communicative rationality and lay a theoretical base on building up a harmonious society.

Hence, joint crime becomes a world-class difficult problem of the modern criminal law theories. Our country's criminal law has the unique stipulation to joint crime and the type of joint criminals is also different from other countries, but it has the internal contradiction in itself.
