Developmental dyslexia is very common in school children and its etiology is very complicated. Many researches have been carried out to study the genetic and environmental influence on dyslexia.This paper reviews the behavioral genetics of dyslexia, especially the important achievements and shortcomings of molecular genetics research.Finally, the difficulties and future directions of the research are pointed out, and its relationship with education is summarized and evaluated.
