Of late, the Iranian nuclear issue has turned into such a hot issue that it resulted not only in the diplomatic crisis but also a shock to the regional and global situation. The international community has fixed its attention on its development, and to some extent is getting ready for the worst. At present, though the situation is worsening with each passing day, its prospect still needs to be studied and reviewed comprehensively as well as dynamically. The prospect may include three possibilities: military confrontation or war, sanctions and peaceful solution. China will continue to play an important as well as special role in pushing the issue to a peaceful solution.
