The premises for such a world calls for the cooperation and coordination between big powers, the unconditional commitment of "not using nuclear weapons first and not using nuclear weapons against non-nuclear countries" by nuclear countries, and the establishment of corresponding restraining mechanisms are the first steps for the road map of achieving the ideal of a nuclear-free world. China, as a responsible big power, should take the initiative and make the best use of the circumstances to realize this goal.
