The American financial crisis has a worldwide influence, not only on American finance and economy, but also on global finance and economy. This crisis began with American subprime crisis which is just one factor, and the root cause is the unreasonable use of financial leverage. Financial leverage is the result of finance-innovation with the development of economy. It meets the financial needs of economic growth. But the financial leveraging can give birth to the finance bubble and it is a double-edged sword.
