Financial monopoly has both advantage and disadvantage. Nowadays, a large number of problems caused by administrative financial monopoly have become the cause of criticism in China. It is inevitable to reform financial system and bring in competition mechanism. Simultaneously, we must keep balance of economies of scale and competitive vigor of state-owned financial companies. Acquisitions of foreign assets should be limited but not banned. Founding the legal system of financial anti-monopoly is the best way to solve these problems.
