In supply chain there usually exists the asymmetry on risk and information between the core enterprise and its partners, and there is "local interest maximization" phenomenon in inventory replenishment. Usually the core enterprise can only regulate the inventory of partners through replenishment. We attempt to address the problem of partner inventory management from two aspects: partner inventory status maintenance based on external events and feedback, and partner inventory control through replenishment. The formal model of partner inventory status maintenance and a stochastic programming model of inventory control are established. To reduce the computation cost, a hierarchy hybrid algorithm is proposed combined by genetic algorithm, simplex algorithm and stochastic simulation method.
