英语语境:
Conceptualization of ownership means the conceptual control of things embodied by ownership. Such control is secured by the respect of others to the ownership even though a thing is not under the direct control of the owner. This conceptual ownership can also be called absolute ownership in the modern private law. However, since society is ever changing, conceptualization of ownership cannot always be of consistency and perfection.
