It was a challenge for the Communist Party of China to win democratic personages'support and recognition of the unprecedented land reform at the early period of PRC. At that time the CPC proposed to invite them to participate in the reform or to show them how it was carried out so as to change their views about it. Fortunately those who had experienced the reform realized its necessity and significance, and more importantly, changed a lot in the viewpoints concerning classes, labour and the masses of Marxism.
