国内支持是1994年《农业协定》的三大核心内容之一，《农业协定》是乌拉圭回合多边谈判最后文本的重要组成部分，也是调整国际市场农产品贸易的重要法律文件。它主要涉及三个领域:市场准入、出口补贴和国内支持。农业国内支持(或国内农业补贴)是主要发达国家农业保护政策的核心，也是进口限制和出口补贴的重要根源。《农业协议》将国内支持政策分为必须予以削减的国内支持政策和可免除削减的国内支持政策。
英语语境:
Domestic support is one of the three most effective circles of the Agreement on Agriculture which is the component of the Uruguay Round. It is also the most important provision on adjusting international agricultural trade. It is mainly included in three fields which are market access, export subsidize and domestic support. Agricultural domestic support is the core of the agriculture protecting policies in developed countries and it is also the important origin of import limit and export subsidize. It is Agreement on Agriculture that divides domestic support into trade-distorting domestic support and non-trade-distorting domestic support.
