英语语境:
Becoming the ruling party, the KMT in 1928, began to reconstruct peasant associations to make it serve the regime construction. But out of fear for the poor peasants uprising led by Chinese communist party, the reconstructed peasant associations had faded its revolution color, and the KMT gave it more economic development functions; at the same time, the communist party in the Soviet area had also set up peasant organizations, even the poor peasant league, to carry out the agrarian revolution. After the breakup of Resistance War against Japan, the KMT didn't put much of the planned construction of peasant associations into practice. Meawhile, by contrast, the communist party of anti-Japanese base areas behind enemy lines started to establish peasant association for anti-Japanese national salvation extensively, and mobilize peasants to carry out the Rent and Interest Reduction during the Resistance War against Japan.
