英语语境:

The category of ownership by the whole people is an a priori stipulation deduced from some assumption which lacks adequate scientific basis. It was first adopted by the former Soviet Union and then it became dogmatized and was endowed with supremacy of socialist ownership. The category of ownership by the whole people did not obtain special status in the early yeas of the founding of the People's Republic of China. Later it was cloaked in mystery when it turned close to the Soviet system.
