Relationship marketing means enterprises must deal with a variety of internal and external relations in order to obtain business profits and sustained development. The marketing method is equally applicable to the development of intermediary business of commercial banks. Combined with the current development of commercial bank's intermediary business in China and from the perspectives of personnel management, process management, customer management, and the matching process of market forces, the role of relationship marketing in the development of commercial bank's intermediary business are discussed in this paper.
