Over a long period of time, Taiwan Problem has always been one of the key problems that have effects on the normal development of Sino-America relation. However, the basic analysis on U.S. policy toward China is to regard Taiwan as the independent Political Entity which doesn't enjoy the sovereignty. For its Asia-Pacific strategy and global strategic interest, U.S. does its utmost to expand favorable external circumstances to open up international space and make dual recognition for Taiwan .
