Trade promotion association, a nonprofit-oriented and non-governmental organization, is playing an increasingly important role in the current economic society along with the establishment and gradual standardization of market economy operating mechanism, and the shift of government functions and power delegation.This paper starts with the analysis of the system of dual control in China's trade association, compares three innovative management systems, and tries to find out a way of reform for the current system of dual control.This is of profound significance for China's political and economic reform and for the further display of the functions of trade associations.
