We define the concept of citizenship behavior in virtual brand community. A measurement scale with high reliability and validity of the concept is developed by open questionnaires and in-depth interviews. Result shows that citizenship behavior in virtual brand community is composed of five dimensions:positive public praise, active participation, maintaining order, altruistic behavior and feedback. The empirical test shows that the scale has good reliability and validity.
