Recently, China has established criminal regulation system composed of criminal law, judicial interpretation and accessory criminal law on non-governmental financing.China also makes specific regulations on investigation, punishment, determination of the nature of illegally-funding case as well as disposal of case-related assets. However, from the perspective of practical effect, there are some problems in the current criminal regulation system such as excessive intervention, unreasonable regulation model and concrete regulations.
