高校的学风直接关系着高校人才培养的质量与自身的发展，针对当前高校学风状况与学生党员、入党积极分子在学风建设中的作用发挥情况，应该通过对学生党员、入党积极分子的教育与引导，使这一部分学生加强党性修养，认真履行党员义务，在言行举止上以党员标准严格要求自己，以全新的党员形象融入到学风建设中，让他们对班级、寝室、自修教室的不良学风进行监督与管理，希望通过这种监督管理机制来杜绝不良学风的形成。

英语语境:

The style of study in colleges has a bearing on the quality of personnel training and their own development. Based on the current style of study in colleges and the roles of the student Party members and pro-active applicant for Party membership in improving the style of study, it is proposed that the students be trained with the Party spirit to earnestly carry out the duties of Party members through education and guidance. They are required to be strict with themselves in their demeanor according to the standards of Party members so as to get involved in developing the style of study with a new image of Party members. They are also encouraged to supervise and manage in their classes, dormitories and self-study classrooms aiming to stop the harmful style of study from forming through this mechanism.
