依法对涉军案件当事人实施司法救助和法律援助。对经济确有困难的军人、军属请求给付赡养费、抚养费、抚育费、抚恤金、社会保险金、经济补偿金、人身损害赔 偿金等案件，要积极落实司法救助政策，依法准许其免交、减交、缓交诉讼费用。对需要法律援助的军人、军属，要主动协调有关法律援助机构，及时提供法律援 助。

英语语境:

Judicial relief and legal aid shall be provided in accordance with the law when the litigious party is a soldier or families of a soldier. Policy of judicial assistance shall be actively implemented and the exemption, reduction or deferment of litigation fees shall be permitted in accordance with the law in cases that soldiers or families of a soldier in financial difficulties request for alimony, costs of support, upbringing fees, pension, social security, economic compensation and personal injury compensation. We shall take the initiative to coordinate with related legal aid centers to provide legal aid in time for those soldiers and families of a soldier in need of such legal aid.
