不保财产是指投保人不能作为财产损失保险合同标的而投保的物品。不保财产或是价值难以确定、或是损失率较高、或是容易诱发道德危险、或是存在违法情事，保险人不予承保或者不能承保。
英语语境:
Unconfirmed property refers to the items that cannot be insured in accordance with the property loss contract. The insurer does not or cannot cover the unconfirmed property for the following reasons: the difficulty to determine the value of unconfirmed property, the higher loss rate, the risk to induce moral hazard and the existence of violations of law.
