The term "unjust intercession"in this regulation means that in the process of administrative licensing, routine supervision, investigation of cases and trial of China Securities Regulatory Commission, the parties themselves or others who are entrusted, leaving aside the normal procedure, tending to exert unjust effect on the staffs of China Securities Regulatory Commission in order to seek benefits or reduce liability.
