汉语语境:
票据从形式上分主要有汇票、本票和支票；按到期日的不同，又可分为即期票据和定期票据。即期票据是见票后立即付款；定期票据则是按规定到期日才付款，定期票据又称期票。
英语语境:
Negotiable instrument is classified into three categories according to form, namely bill of exchange, promissory note, and cheque; and classified into bill payable at sight and bill payable at a fixed date according to the date of payment.
