英语语境:
Based on a case, the article analyzed the issue of judicial discretion. Judicial discretion means that a judge has to make a choice among several legal resolutions. A judge, however, do not make his decision in the framework of the law. On the contrary, it is social factor, not legal factor, eventually determine judge's decision. Furthermore, a judge uses the written judgment to conceal his true intention.
