英语语境:
A crime committed by a criminal group or a crowd in Article 97 of the Criminal Law is a legal crime type that committed by three or more people, guided by the “ringleader”. Special attention should be paid to distinguish the preparation of crime from the attempt of a crime, as well as accomplishment of crime from that of different criminal subjects when it comes to crime committed by a criminal group or a crowd in judicial practice.
