英语语境:
Although the result does harm to society, if the crime motive is in accord with moral claim, such as "hiding relatives from arrestment" or "killing people with idealist", the criminal shall not be punished. Conversely, even though the result does no harm to society, if the motivation violates moral claim, the criminal shall be punished. For example, showing disrespect to a king on one's mind is committing a crime named "unspoken criticism".
