英语语境:
The issue of gang crime has drawn more and more attention in the theory and practice of criminal law in China. At present, the development of gang crime in our country has entered a new stage, transferring from a gang-related one to a classical one. However, the Criminal Law lacks foresight and completeness on the legislation of this subject, which has to be strengthened and improced. Moreover, special regulations should be established in the procedural law, the establishment of a specializd agency and international cooperation so that the fight against gang cirme will be accurate and prompt.
