英语语境:
Hong Kong Basic Law, a national constitutional law, is the basic law for the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China. To execute the policy of "one country, two systems", the Basic Law specifies that the Standing Committee of the People s Congress of the People's Republic of China is authorized to construe the Law, while the Committee may delegate its interpretation power to the courts of different levels in Hong Kong with certain conditions.
