While Chinese Inheritance Law is in the hot discussion for its correction and improvement, we offer this legislative proposal on Chinese Legal Inheritance System, focusing on the defects in the present inheritance system as well as our experiences and learning from the foreign legislative practice. In addition, we have enplaned and analyzed the legislative grounds. We hope that this paper will work as something worthy to the legislative body.
