我国现行的公务员工资制度是随着 1993年《国家公务员暂行条例》的实施而同步实行的，可称之为职级工资制，即职务级别工资制。它是在总结我国4 0多年来实行的职务等级工资制与以职务工资为主的结构工资制的经验教训并吸收了国外公务员工资制的长处的基础上确定的。

As soon as the Temporary Regulation of Civil Servants was implemented in 1993, China's current salary system of civil servant was carried out, also called post-rank salary system. It is a combination of China's experiences and lessons derived from the implementation of post-rank salary system and structural wage system focused on official post pay over the past four decades with drawing upon the merits of foreign salary system of civil servants.
