联合商标，指同一商标所有人在同一种或同类商品上注册的若干个近似商标。这些近似商标中首先注册的或主要使用的商标为正商标，其余的为正商标的联合商标。商标所有人注册这些近似商标并不是为了自己使用，而是为了防止他人在相同或类似商品上使用。
英语语境:
Associated trademark refers to the several similar trademarks registered by one trademark owner for one product or some of its similar goods. Among the similar trademarks, the one registered first or used most is original trademark. Others are associated trademarks to the original trademark. To register similar trademark is not for his own use but to prevent other people to use on the same or similar products.
