首先在以往研究的基础上，通过对儿童意外伤害的概念及相关理论进行了系统的梳理和总结。运用文献方法、统计分析方法，通过对现场调查从儿童意外伤害事故发生的根源及意外伤害的现状进行剖析，找出了目前存在的诸多问题，主要包括了五个方面的问题，有政府方面的政府职能的部分缺失、相关保护政策的落实不到位；社会及学校方面的社会监管不力、学校安全教育的缺失；家长方面的家长对于儿童安全教育的忽视以及很多不良的家庭成长环境的影响等。

英语语境:

Firstly, we collate and summarize some important theories about the concept of children's accidental injury on the basis of some previous studies. Secondly, we also analyze the source of children's accidental injury accident and identify some existing problems through such methods as the network data collection, mathematical statistical analysis and on-site interviews. The problems we have identified are: the weak implementation of protection policies and poor supervision by schools and our society, lack of school safety education; parents'neglect on safety education for their children and the influence of unhealthy family environment.
