In contemporary international political structure, the relationship between human rights and sovereignty is complex. There are conflicts between human rights and the sovereignty and that between international human rights and external sovereignty. Developed countries use human rights of to promote their own values to the whole world, even intervene in the internal affairs of weak country. At the same time, developing countries emphasize the concept of sovereignty, resisting the universal values of human rights.
