Legal conflict is a main barrier in the development of civil and commercial legal relation concerning foreign affairs and also is one of the popular topics in the private international law study. Scholars of private international law and the legal practitioners adopt a series of rules of application of laws to solve the legal conflict of infringement concerning foreign interests, but problems appear one after another in this process. The traditional lex locidelictus principle was denounced for its lack of flexibility and the principle of most significant relationship also comes under attack for its high flexibility.
