Treaty Conflict, on the one hand, manifests the thriving vitality of the contemporary international law. On the other hand, it affects negatively on the further development of international law. Therefore, researching on treaty conflict and it's resolution means a lot to the international legal construction. Some treaty conflicts may be resolved by use of lex specialis; some may be resolved through interpretation of treaty; some are relied on the establishment of conflicting clause in the treaty.
