英语语境:
The new Contract Law is a sort of rule adjusting relations of trades. Its concerning extent horizontally includes the contract of creditor's rights, owner s rights, unnamed contract, etc, concerning all kinds of internal and external contracts. Its vertical extent has no ability to trace to the former cases before the new Contract Law going into effect but some conditions. So some work should be done to unite the new and old contract laws to form a perfect law system.
