英语语境:
The old institution of interdicted person has exited the civil code of major civil law countries due to its deviation from the present concept of protection of human fights. The present institution concerning the adult person without capacity for civil conduct as the succession of the institution of interdicted person has confronted many issues in legislation and the application of law besides the same issues as the institution of interdicted person boasts of in concept. The future Civil Code should cancel the judicial restriction on person without disposing capacity while remains that of person with limited disposing capacity.
