经省级人民检察院已经复查的，如果没有新的事实、证据和理由，不再立案复查，但是原审被告人可能被宣告无罪或者判决、裁定有其他重大错误可能的除外。宣告无罪的案件，人民法院决定再审或者人民检察院按照审判监督程序提出抗诉的。
英语语境:
The case which has reexamined by people's procuratorate at provincial level, if devoid of new facts, evidence and reason, will not be place on file for reexamination, but except for the case when the defendant in the first trial is acquitted, judged or ruled with the possibility of other major errors.
