In this paper, the author systematically discusses the types of criminal intention. First, he thinks that the criminal intention can be classified into behavior intention and result intention. Second, he puts forward the concept of tolerate intention and divided indirect intention into tolerate intention and noninterference intention. Third, the author agrees that the intention should be divided into premedittion and non-premeditation, commission intent and omission intent, target intent and non-target intent. But he disagrees that the intention should be divided into active intention and negative intention, unconditional intention and conditional intention, intent before the event and intent after the event.
