Since the birth of company system centuries ago, the discussion of company's moral responsibility never stopped. Especially after the industrial revolution, companys with funds, manpower, resources have made great contribution to scientific advancement, economic development and employment increase. However, the excessive pursuit of profit has led to the company to “cross border“, ignoring the legitimate rights and interests of workers, wantonly exploiting natural resources in exchange for maximum profit.
