It is the direct reason why the East Asia performed weakly in the Asian Financial Crisis. In order to settle these two problems or alleviate their harm, all of the East Asian countries and regions brought constructive plans. As a period achievement, Asian Bond Funds(ABF) which includes ABF1 and ABF2 has been issued.
