专利申请书是指申请人依法定程序向专利管理机关表示请求授予其专利权愿望的文件。专利请求书应当写明以下内容：发明或者实用新型的名称，发明人或者设计人的姓名，申请人姓名或名称、地址；申请人国籍；申请人是企业或者其他组织的，其总部所在的国家；申请人委托专利代理机构的，应当注明有关事项；申请人或者专利代理机构的签字或者盖章；申请文件清单、附加文件清单、其他需要注明的有关事项。
英语语境:
Written request of patent refers to the file that applicant requests the patent administrative authorities to confer the patent according to legal procedure. Written request of patent shall specify the following contents: the name of the invention or utility model, the name of the inventor or creator, the name or the address of the applicant, the applicant's nationality, and the applicant's country if it is an enterprise or other organization. The applicant shall indicate the relevant matters if he entrusts the patent to an agency. The applicant or the patent agency must sign or seal. Application documents list, attached file list and other relevant matters which need to note are also included.
