我国目前采取的混合型法律援助运作模式，解决了法律援助律师资源严重缺乏、法律援助需求难以满足等困难，保证了初创阶段我国法律援助事业的迅速发展。但由于体制、经费等多种因素的制约，也存在着办案质量难以保障，受援人缺少自主选择权等缺陷。在借鉴西方经验并充分考虑我国国情的基础上，我国应当采取以专职律师服务为主，以社会律师和其他服务主体服务为辅的法律援助运作方式。
英语语境:
China adopts a mixedmode of operation of legal aid, which solves the problem of lacking in legal aid lawyers and the difficulties to meet the demand for legal aid, and ensures the rapid development of China's legal aid in its early stage.However, due to limitations of the system and funds, there are difficulties in guarantee of case-handling quality, and the recipient lacking right to choose independently, and so on. So, based on Western experience and its situation, China should take full-time lawyers as the main part and part-time lawyers as supplement as the mode of operation.
