综合原则又称“折衷原则”，是数罪并罚的一个普遍性原则。以数罪并罚中某一原则为主，兼用其他原则，对不同情况下的数个刑罚适用不同的并罚原则。综合原则克服了单纯采用其他原则的弊端，能够较为恰当地确定应执行的刑罚。
英语语境:
