The minimum contact principle was established in the International Shoe case in 1945. It was developed and improved constantly in the later several decades and formed intact jurisdiction rules, based on which the court used the right of competency to administer the defendant outside of the jurisdictional area. In recent years, the network world has become a virtual world which is opposite to the real world. But the interest in the virtual world is realistic, the dispute from which should be solved by the court in the real world.
