英语语境:

From the standpoint of sociology, order is the foundation of human existence and social development. From the legal scientific perspective, order is the cornerstone for people to pursue the great goals like freedom, equality, human rights and so on. The idea of order has a major theoretical and practical significance on the administrative law. The administrative law order is the result of administration which is according to law, and the inevitable logic of the evolution of human politics order. Therefore, it is also an important topic for the administrative law theory to solve.

英语语境:

Due to the differences of economic and social conditions, the legal order of different eras in different countries shows respective characteristics. Chinese traditional law flied its own colors on the inner spirits and system arrangements. Based on the patriarchal society structure and patriarchal mentality, feudal rulers selected a "Li Fa Bing Yong" construction pattern of social order. Thus, social relations were changed into patriarchal relations by law and the line-like patriarchal order was formed.
