英语语境:

“Decent work” is initiated and advocated by the ILO for many years. Now, it is very meaningful to discuss “decent” as important attribute of labor and employment. But “decent work” in the course of its implementation is faced with numerous institutional obstacles. It requires us to constantly innovate about the related systems, including household registration system, social security system and employment system and promoting Chinese “decent work” to achieve the gradual realization of optional regrouping.

英语语境:

In order to maintain the order of the examinations, to ensure the quality of talents’ selection, and to strengthen the feudal governance, Tang government carried out fairly strict qualification evaluation in imperial examinations and selecting examinations respectively. The main objectives of the candidates’ qualification examination for regular imperial exams made by the Ministry Rites were the candidates selected and offered through the examinations from the prefecture, the county and the township. The contents of the investigation mainly focused on the domiciliary register, the family background, the education background and the materials of the provincial triennial examinations, moral traits and personal experiences, whereas the qualification examination of the students from central and regional official state-run schools was relatively loose.
