There are various kinds of rules to regulate and constrain the judges due to the multiple quality of their roles, which will lead them to judge with the focus on “ending the disputes” rather than display the improvement of “regulation of rule”. The judicial phenomenon, from the perspective of judge's role, shows the judicial rationality produced by the interaction between the eastern and western legal civilization and represents the fusion of judicial culture.
