This paper is to explore the function that the communities and families support system influence the urban and rural elderly in Hebei province on both physical and mental side. 173 elderly cases were investigated by self-designed demographic scale, quality of life scale, family function rating scale, social support rating scale and symptom checklist in Hebei province. The reseach shows that the community and family support influenced the elderly in physical and mental health.

Tourism Impact Perception Scale is the tool to evaluate tourism impact perception of destination residents. Under the guidance of the sustainable development tourism’s value, the indicators and specific items of residents’ perceived tourism impact scale were determined with the comprehensive existing 40 domestic related scales. The formal investigation scale was obtained after the pretest analysis and analyzed with Zhang jia jie residents as the formal survey target. Finally, a scale was provided including three impact perception aspects: economic, social and cultural, environmental, both positive and negative dimensions.
