The goal of strata analysis on rural society is to grasp characteristics of demands of any stratum in structural changes. Furthermore, by doing so, we can realize the direction, important contents of new rural construction, and the way or forms of motivating rural people to participate in new rural construction. The result of empirical survey shows the demands for improving education, social security and infrastructure construction. The reality of transformation of rural social structure suggests that the masses below the lower rural class not only is the main force of new rural construction, but also is needed most in the development of the construction of class.
