高职院校作为高等教育的重要类型，目前其组织结构都是比较典型的直线型组织结构，为绩效管理体系的导入和实施带来一些和困难。这些困难包括绩效管理定位的片面、绩效管理理念的淡漠、传统管理理念的误导、考核监控机制的缺失等。我们以人本管理理论为研究切入点，系统探讨了高职院校绩效管理的现状及其产生原因，从而更好地完善高等职业院校绩效管理工作。

As an important type of the higher education, higher vocational education, owing to a typical linear organizational structure, experienced some difficulties in applying performance management system in practice. these difficulties include segmentary positioning, weak awareness in performance management, mislead from traditional management concept, lack of supervision system and so on. Based on humanistic theory, we illustrate the status quo and main reasons in order to improve the performance management of the higher vocational education.
